|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — The apartments are extremely nice and well kept. The maintenance staff is very friendly and prompt to respond to requests. The two dog parks is a nice plus and soon two pools. I love the study room, but the gym could be better. Parking is okay, but your guests have to walk a mile to get to your apartment if they can find a spot at all . Everyone hates the valet trash service. Its 25 a month for something that I can do myself and they don't even come every day, plus you can't opt out and just have regular trash. Lots of dogs live here, which we love, but they are not all friendly and the owners sometimes let their dogs walk off-leash or come right up in your dogs face without asking. Overall, we have enjoyed living here and plan to stay for several more years.
|Recommended: YesApartment is very nice but the walls are too thing — Pros I like the Landing overall. My apartment is very nice, new, and big. I really like how much grass there is and the pool is very nice. The gym is OK. Work orders have been completed promptly. The staff is friendly for the most part, I have only had a couple bad interactions where I do not feel as though they were listening to what I'm saying and are trying to rush me out the door. I usually call because face to face interactions have not been great. The pet spa is a nice touch but it is rarely ever clean. There is usually hair always clogging the drain and hair and water all over the floor
Cons I can hear my neighbors speaking every night as though they're in the same room as me. I've lived in apartments for 15 years and am used to normal apartment noise but the Landing has incredibly thin walls-more so than any other place I have lived. They also sometimes forget that non-students live there too. They turned the entire multipurpose room in the gym into a study room . I understand that the majority of residents are students, but they should have put the study room in another location rather than the gym and kept non-student residents in mind.
|Recommended: YesA fresh start — As someone who came from an older apartment, I can say for certain the Landing has some nice sized apartments and you can't beat the location My personal favorite thing is the in house washer and dryer, also the big kitchen space
Overall things aren't too noisy given its apartment living, and being a gated community does give you an extra sense of security.
|Recommended: YesClean, appealing, great amenities and trash service. — I love my apartment. It is exactly the size I needed and the property is clean and very appealing.
|Recommended: YesLeasing process — The leasing process was easy and didnt take much time to finish. Marcela Casatillo Siu was a great help, she showed me around the complex, took me to multiple apartments till i found the one i wanted, walked me through the leasing process, made sure I had everything I needed to move in, and checked on me through out the process. She was also very kind especially with me being undecided on which apartment I wanted and a totally nice person. So far I love the complex and im happy this is the one I picked after looking for an apartment for months. Thank you

|Recommended: YesVery friendly staff and welcoming community — The community as of this writing is quite and well maintained. A mix of 65 college 20 something kids, 25 30 to 55 year olds and 10 55 year and older from what I can see. They all get along great. The staff so far has been great to work with and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner.
