|Recommended: YesHappy Resident — Overall, this complex is very nice and well kept. They have handled the COVID-19 pandemic very well by closing down the clubhouse when it was in its peak and having signs up to wear masks when entering the clubhouse. Amenities are nice and well kept. The style and layout of the apartment is very nice. Only thing I would suggest would be to have fans in every room if possible due it getting hot at night. Also, the doors don't fully close and have to double check them. You can hear your neighbors, but not excessively which is normal for apartments

|Recommended: YesBeautiful accommodations — Very nice community Neighbors are very courteous and nice. Dog park could be bigger or another one made given all of the green-space available. A children's playground would also be nice. Office staff is helpful and maintenance responds quickly to concerns.

|Recommended: YesOverall, I enjoy living here — I think the staff does a good job and maintain the property well. There are rules to abide by, but I 100 agree on all of them because it's really all about being a considerate neighbor to those around you. My only complaint would be I can hear my upstairs neighbor all too well. I hope I don't disturb my downstairs neighbors. I haven't had a problem finding resident parking there's plenty of that , but I have had a guest have trouble finding parking. I think some of the spots not marked for guests should be since there's plenty of parking spaces available.

Brand new apartments and only 10 minutes away from Vilano beach I have been here one year now and the management team as well as the maintenance team are incredible people and very professional. Thank you for all your hard work.
