|Recommended: YesHalfway through lease review — My wife and I have just passed the halfway point of our lease. My initial Google review was made with minimal information. Now that I have experienced living at the Landing, my review can be more accurate. Thus far, the Landing has proven to be everything I hoped to find in a new living space. All of the staff have been very helpful for not only my wife and I but supporting our small local businesses. The facilities are great and always neat and clean. The pool area is wonderful and utilized by many residents. They have allowed me to contribute to the community by hosting karaoke and trivia nights which I love to do. While no facility in the world is absolutely perfect, but these folks strive to make living at the Landing the best it can be and the effort shows. A few of these folks stand out Leasing Agents Stephen and Faith have always gone above and beyond ensure our needs are met and to support my wife and me. Also, Groundskeeper Lexus as more than earned a mention. I see her and speak almost every day, and it is always a pleasure. She does a great job of making sure we have a beautiful place to call home. Great employees and wonderful facilities have made living at the Landing a fantastic experience. They have definitely lived up to and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

|Recommended: YesDecent to live here — Mostly calm and quiet community, the biggest thing is im paying around 2000 dollars a month for a gated community which the gates have been broken for pretty much a year. That's a big thing for safety. Also residents do not respect the trash dumpster rules. Or we have people not living here who dump things I've seen. Ive seen people who dont live here drive through the gates and wait for someone else to open the gym door since they obviously dont have a key. Also have seen some sketchy people digging through the dumpsters. For 2k a month I expect a bit better. Its not terrible, but come on. I used to live off Regency in downtown Jacksonville ... and we arent living off monument or Regency and it is starting to feel that way.
Now that wasnt bad to live in- but I was paying 1000 a month to live there. For 2000 a month... I expect more.

|Recommended: YesParking — Everything here has been wonderful, with the exception being parking. Due to others not parking within the lines, it makes parking in available spaces difficult when arriving home after work.

I’m moving from a royal community, and if anyone has lived in an area where the WiFi is very little to none , knows it can be a nightmare ..She always had a smile on her face and just made the whole experience go smoothly..
