|Recommended: YesNew Resident — My experience so far has been nothing but positive since move-in day. Communication is stellar no matter how busy they get, I always get a response within 24-48 hours. Maintenance makes sure all apartments are up to standard and comes within the week to fix any non-emergency maintenance requests
