|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex I've Ever Lived In — This is not like your typical apartment complex. From day 1 the staff have been outstanding. Most complexes treat you very well to get you in the door, and then could care less about you. Not here They are so accommodating, whether it's picking up a package, or asking a question, etc., it's just really refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care and treat you with respect. For me this is a game changer.
In terms of the apartments and amenities, you can't beat them. The apartments are beautifully designed, with super high ceilings and quality is top notch. They also keep adding amenities They've completely revamped the gym which is now awesome with so many more machines. They even added a trash service so you don't even have to worry about transporting your garbage, you just put it outside your door This place is high end, and exactly what you'd hope for for the price.
|Recommended: YesFirst time renter. — Apartments are great. Parking is a problem. Dogs mess also a problem. Plenty of receptacles, lazy dog owners.

|Recommended: YesThe Train is a Nightmare — The train is very close and I hear it all night long it makes my dogs bark and sometimes wakes me from a sound sleep when the whistle blows. Also my upstairs neighbors seem to be river dancing at all hours but I understand its an apartment and people have to walk...

The facility is modern, the rooms are large, the staff is friendly, the neighbors were helpful and also friendly. The surroundings are safe and even though I don't have a pet - the dog park and spa are great to see
