|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex I've Ever Lived In — This is not like your typical apartment complex. From day 1 the staff have been outstanding. Most complexes treat you very well to get you in the door, and then could care less about you. Not here They are so accommodating, whether it's picking up a package, or asking a question, etc., it's just really refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care and treat you with respect. For me this is a game changer.
In terms of the apartments and amenities, you can't beat them. The apartments are beautifully designed, with super high ceilings and quality is top notch. They also keep adding amenities They've completely revamped the gym which is now awesome with so many more machines. They even added a trash service so you don't even have to worry about transporting your garbage, you just put it outside your door This place is high end, and exactly what you'd hope for for the price.
|Recommended: YesFirst time renter. — Apartments are great. Parking is a problem. Dogs mess also a problem. Plenty of receptacles, lazy dog owners.

Also my upstairs neighbors seem to be river dancing at all hours but I understand its an apartment and people have to walk...

|Recommended: YesLove love here — I love how safe and calm this place is. My daughter and I feel safe here. Our privacy is kept, and the office is always helpful. The app and how The Landing updates its residents is fantastic. I highly recommend seeing if this is the right place for you.

|Recommended: YesThe perfect apartment living experience — I hadn't lived in an apartment since 1992 - relocation and building a home put me here. The facility is modern, the rooms are large, the staff is friendly, the neighbors were helpful and also friendly. The surroundings are safe and even though I don't have a pet - the dog park and spa are great to see
|Recommended: YesI think it is a very nice and updated community. — I would say it is a very nice and new apartment complex. I love the pool and my apartment. It is kind of expensive for a college student but it is worth it with all the amenities and the security with it being a gated complex.

|Recommended: YesNew, clean, and safe — The apartment is really beautiful- with all the conveniences you would need for a reasonable price. I’m from South Florida, so everything up here is cheaper in comparison.
I feel very safe and I haven’t seen a bug inside yet I’m on first floor I hate bugs and am always paranoid about them, so that’s great
I did give neighbor noise 2 stars and overall construction quality 3. I’ve been noticing with new apartment communities, they get built quickly and the noise insulation seems to take a back seat, I assume to cut costs. I’ve been in apartments where you can barely hear anything, if at all. I wish that was a bit better here, though overall the neighborhood is very quiet. But you can hear your neighbors- there’s no way around saying that.
Side note reception is terrible inside the apartment.
