|Recommended: YesIt's ok — The walls need better insulation. Everyone can hear everything. I run out of hot water no matter what time of the day I shower. My washing machine is very loud. I have to do laundry when I'm literally doing nothing else because I can't hear. My dishwasher doesn't work and I have an electrical problem but don't want to put in a maintenance request because they come when ever they want and I don't want a strange person in my house when I'm not home. or come home to a strange person in my home . If you come home in the evening plan to park far from your door. On a good note. The location is great The utilities are cheap and I'm sure the pool will be nice when it warms up.
|Recommended: YesGreat until it's not — The property its self is great. The apartments are very nice. The office staff can be a little much at times, but they mean well. I would recommend this place to others, but be ware of nosy neighbors.

|Recommended: NoClean and close to lots of businesses — Nice little apartment community with fair amenities. Do not like the garbage pick up system, would rather just have dumpsters to takeout own trash.
|Recommended: YesLTL - Love the Landings — I attend Flagler and was surrounded by many old buildings that needed lots of maintenance but when I found The Landing, I was so impressed by not only the updated and new buildings but their continued thrive to keep the facility beautiful and maintained above all. My apartment is so beautiful and has the latest of everything I need or want. I recommend The Landing wholeheartedly
