submitted by Lauren M. - |Recommended: YesQuiet, only 5 miles from the beach — Love that it is gated, so it makes the community very quiet. There is a train right behind the complex, but you get use to it and hardly notice it. Im a beach bum, so being 5 min from the beach is a plus.

submitted by Rhonda C. - |Recommended: YesConvenient location, beautiful apartments, dog friendly — I enjoy the convenient location to downtown St. Augustine. The apartments are high end and beautiful. They are, also, dog friendly with a dog park and area to bathe your dog. Parking can be very frustrating and hearing your neighbors closing their cupboard doors or even stomping around their apartments is doubly frustrating. But I do enjoy living here very much.

I understand your frustrations with the noise. Apartment living can be an adjustment. We are aware of the concerns regarding the noise traveling. We do our best to educate all new residents about apartment living and sensitivity to the surrounding apartments when it comes to noise. Unfortunately, the noise does travel easily throughout the apartments. This is a different type of challenge but we are doing what we can to limit your frustrations. Should you experience excessive noise complaints please do not hesitate to contact me at the leasing office. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. submitted by Heather S. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments and love the staff The apartment were not build very good and can literally hear everything from both floors above me. It’s ridiculous to be honest. Wish the installation was better so i could actually enjoy living h — The noise is too much. The older couple above me literally stomp around all morning And night. I can’t wait til my lease is up but the apartments themselves inside are stunning and love the pool. The staff is AMAZING It’s a shame the noise can’t be controlled.

submitted by Taylor M. - |Recommended: NoGreat Amenities, Loud Apartments — I love the location and amenities but I can hear all of my neighbors, sometimes I even can make out words in their conversations.

submitted by Sarah B. - |Recommended: YesGreat Property Just needs a few things. — I love living at the landing I have recommended it to many of my friends that have since moved in as well The only thing is that staff said there would be more machines added to the gym as the buildings were finished, but I have been here for 4 months now and there is still the same 4 pieces of equipment in there. I would be happy to recommend some equipment that would be useful As a resident I would also like to see recycling added, as I believe that this community is too large and its environmental impact too great to not have a comprehensive recycling program as an option for all its people. -Sarah, 4-303
