Also my upstairs neighbors seem to be river dancing at all hours but I understand its an apartment and people have to walk...

|Recommended: YesLove love here — I love how safe and calm this place is. My daughter and I feel safe here. Our privacy is kept, and the office is always helpful. The app and how The Landing updates its residents is fantastic. I highly recommend seeing if this is the right place for you.

|Recommended: YesThe perfect apartment living experience — I hadn't lived in an apartment since 1992 - relocation and building a home put me here. The facility is modern, the rooms are large, the staff is friendly, the neighbors were helpful and also friendly. The surroundings are safe and even though I don't have a pet - the dog park and spa are great to see
|Recommended: YesI think it is a very nice and updated community. — I would say it is a very nice and new apartment complex. I love the pool and my apartment. It is kind of expensive for a college student but it is worth it with all the amenities and the security with it being a gated complex.

|Recommended: YesNew, clean, and safe — The apartment is really beautiful- with all the conveniences you would need for a reasonable price. I’m from South Florida, so everything up here is cheaper in comparison.
I feel very safe and I haven’t seen a bug inside yet I’m on first floor I hate bugs and am always paranoid about them, so that’s great
I did give neighbor noise 2 stars and overall construction quality 3. I’ve been noticing with new apartment communities, they get built quickly and the noise insulation seems to take a back seat, I assume to cut costs. I’ve been in apartments where you can barely hear anything, if at all. I wish that was a bit better here, though overall the neighborhood is very quiet. But you can hear your neighbors- there’s no way around saying that.
Side note reception is terrible inside the apartment.

|Recommended: YesPleasant — Its very pleasant here if I had anything to suggest , maybe a umbrella or some kind of cover at the dog park for the pet owners to go under and some more parking for each person in the complex, a parking spot for each room that is available and any extra can be for visitors or boats, trailers etc.. but other that its very nice and pool and amenity's are stylish and up to date. You do hear the train and it will vibrate your bathroom mirror but you get used to it and block it out. But I do not hear my neighbors and its a great place for pets . I do feel safe here and I like that it is patrolled throughout the day and night.

|Recommended: YesI think it is great — It is a little expensive, but the apartments are very nice. I especially like the tall ceilings and the kitchen. The only downside is that no alcohol is allowed at the pool, even if it is in plastic containers.

However, at this time the rules do indicate no Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area.
