|Recommended: YesOverall, I enjoy living here — I think the staff does a good job and maintain the property well. There are rules to abide by, but I 100 agree on all of them because it's really all about being a considerate neighbor to those around you. My only complaint would be I can hear my upstairs neighbor all too well. I hope I don't disturb my downstairs neighbors. I haven't had a problem finding resident parking there's plenty of that , but I have had a guest have trouble finding parking. I think some of the spots not marked for guests should be since there's plenty of parking spaces available.

Brand new apartments and only 10 minutes away from Vilano beach I have been here one year now and the management team as well as the maintenance team are incredible people and very professional. |Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex I've Ever Lived In — This is not like your typical apartment complex. From day 1 the staff have been outstanding. Most complexes treat you very well to get you in the door, and then could care less about you. Not here They are so accommodating, whether it's picking up a package, or asking a question, etc., it's just really refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care and treat you with respect. For me this is a game changer.
In terms of the apartments and amenities, you can't beat them. The apartments are beautifully designed, with super high ceilings and quality is top notch. They also keep adding amenities They've completely revamped the gym which is now awesome with so many more machines. They even added a trash service so you don't even have to worry about transporting your garbage, you just put it outside your door This place is high end, and exactly what you'd hope for for the price.
