|Recommended: NoGreat Amenities, Loud Apartments — I love the location and amenities but I can hear all of my neighbors, sometimes I even can make out words in their conversations.
response from property -Thank you for your review. We do realize that apartment living is a difficult adjustment. Sound does travel and we are trying are best to implement the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am each day. We now have a protective services company that is here each night. Should you have a concern during quiet hours please do not hesitate to contact them. You can download the app on your mobile phone for access.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property Just needs a few things. — I love living at the landing I have recommended it to many of my friends that have since moved in as well The only thing is that staff said there would be more machines added to the gym as the buildings were finished, but I have been here for 4 months now and there is still the same 4 pieces of equipment in there. I would be happy to recommend some equipment that would be useful As a resident I would also like to see recycling added, as I believe that this community is too large and its environmental impact too great to not have a comprehensive recycling program as an option for all its people.

We will be adding additional equipment in the fitness center in the near future. I am also in the process of exploring recycling opportunities for the community.
